Established in 1990 ASEV Travel is a Destination Management Company operating exclusively for the B 2 B market across South East Asia, providing personalized travel experiences and MICE events.

We are a leader in our field of boutique travel products providing classic itineraries as well as bespoke programs to our clients.

Headquarted in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with a secondary hub in Paris, we have our own operations and sales offices in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar and Laos as well as sales and marketing representatives, in Europe and the Americas.

Throughout the years, the agency has acquired a thorough and exclusive knowledge of these countries.

 

• To Organize, direct and control the Booking Department, the Contract Department.

• To Oversee the selection of Tour guides. 

• To oversee the smooth and efficient running of the office by working closely with each staff

• To organize regular and atic end-of-the-month team Meeting and weekly one-to-one reviews

• To ensure the atic and regular implementation and use of ASEV procedures in office. 

• To Manage the selection of suppliers, in order to match customers’ needs.

• To Negotiate the best price with each supplier.

• To Control the quality of services. 

• To Advise Sales team about itineraries according to clients’ profile

• To Manage the development of new products

• To overview all employees at the office

 

• 4 - 5 years of Tourisms experience with international travel market French Market is a Must

• Good Computer skills; mastering of Microsoft Office

• English and/or French: speaking & reading skills both languages are a Must

• Good knowledge of the European travelling Market,
